Bears have some sharpness to them (left over from the mold process) not harmful but just a little cheap. I love that the colour of the bears is exactly the colour of the cups so my little one can compare and make the best sorting decision. The cups though are a little flimsy and thin, should they be accidentally stepped on or squished in his hands even, they'll surely split. Still a great toy/activity for the money, I'm overall happy with the product.

I bought this for my 3 year old as a educational toy and I loved it when I was a kid so it was nice to play with it again and watch my daughter enjoy it just as much. I would buy this again as it is fun, colourful and something easy to entertain with.

Ordered for Christmas. Package came severely damaged and taped up like it had been used before. We like the product but disappointing when buying as a gift.

Decent enough but some of the bears have sharp seams and one of the bears was covered in a black substance. Mould?? Dirt?? Either way not cool and could not even wash it off so I ended up having to throw it out.

My 1.5 year old LOVES these little bears! She will hold them like babies, gather them on top of blocks and plays with them in her Little People sets. She also really likes to stack and un-stack the cups. We work on colour identification casually while she's playing. Excellent purchase!

My 22 month old loves them! He played with them for a few months now and learned quickly how to sort the colours and to name them. They are a chocking hazard though so we put them out of reach and let him only play under supervision.

My 19month son is completely obsessed with these. He is learning his colours by sorting them. And he can use them when he learn to count. They keep him very occupied esp when out at a restaurant (where it is difficult to keep him sitting still). Only problem is that they get dropped, etc., so you have to keep track of the bears, but such great value!

Bears make my kid smart...if we don't lose them.

I have a love/hate relationship with this product. The reason for the 'hate' might not affect some people though. Firstly, I love the simplicity. You get 5 plastic cups and 50 plastic bears. There are 10 bears in 5 different colors with a color coordinating cup. Within 15 mins of showing this to my 2 year old, he was sorting the bears into the correct color cups - which is something I've tried with other methods of teaching him colors that didn't work. There are many other coordinating products that work with the set for more advanced usage (pattern cards, different size bears etc).
Here comes the 'hate' part. Within the first day, we lost 1 bear. By the first week. 7 were missing. Depending on what activities you're doing, or how many children are participating, this might not be a problem...or if you're a meticulous super-mom and keep an eye on the kids and bears and count the damn things every 10 mins. I honestly cannot give less stars on the product though, just because I can't keep all the bears together. I ended up ordering a 2nd set just to slowly replace the other bears (which worked out well because then we had 10 cups total for when there are multiple kiddos playing).
All in all, I love it. Any product that has my son making complex color patterns at age 2, is fantastic in my book!

My son loves these. You can use it in so many ways and he now can count farther than he could before and fully knows his colors now. They are amazing and can be used for all ages.

My 1.5 year old picked this up quickly! He loves to sort the colors (2 at a time per recommendation on the box until he learns the other colors) and he loves to count. This holds his interest for hours!!

my 2yo saw these in the closet and asked for them (they were supposed to be a birthday present). I handed them to her and she immediately started sorting. This is amazing to me because she has NEVER been interested in sorting. Not blocks, not beads, not anything.. she's been a lumper, not a sorter. But she decided right away that the bears obviously belonged sorted. I'll be buying the bigger ones sometime so that we can do more advanced learning with them.
