Easy to use. Very bright at first and can be turned down in brightness. Uses usb c charging and a usb wall plug. Just two touch sensitive buttons. Power and timer. Keep tapping power to adjust light down lower in bright ness and continuing to do it will turn the light off. Tapping timer should set a 30 minute timer. Holding down power should turn it off. I included a photo with a few common items for size comparison, a standard full size bic lighter, a roku tv remote, a bic blue pen, and a AA battery.

I get contradictory results when I google around looking for an answer to the question: Is this safe for my eyes? (No, I have not consulted a doctor, and YES, I definitely should. Fixing myself without doctors is the goal, though.) This product is wonderfully simple and easy to use, although an extension cord would not tether me close to the wall. I have a better day now that I use it in the mornings. Havent' used it long enough to see if it will prevent insomnia (circadian rhythm regulation). BUT YOU SHOULD KNOW that my vision is blurry for several hours in the morning. I try not to stare directly into it but it is VERY BRIGHT on the highest setting and I may have to adjust how I use it to avoid long-term eye damage. I'm sure for most people it's completely safe but a mistake in this area would cause serious damage so I'm being alert and careful, and I advise any prospective buyers to be alert and careful. Unlike teeth, you only get one set of eyes. :-)
