Technical Support is poor. Was unable to get a supervisor or level 2 tech callback after three promises. First techician told me that the battery is expected to last 2 hours. Device would not connect to 5Ghz WiFi as promised.
It works just fine! I wish it had facial recognition though. Also, when the doorbell rings I get one notification on that but when I go in the app I can see who it was and who left a message unless I search for it.
We struggled with getting unit to work. Purchased a wifi extender and so far the doorbell is working as it should. Some playing around with app to set up to suit our needs. Very clear, audible excellent. Oh and if I do not want to answer the door a quick message to door ringer
We got this in October and I have to admit setup and install were both pretty easy. No complaints with the app or the video/audio quality. However despite it being hardwired we are here in early/mid January and the battery is almost depleted. I suppose this has more to do with the power its receiving from the house but knocking off one star for the inconvenience of having to deal with taking off my cable covers and recharhing/swapping the battery.
