But this books says “No withdrawals”. FALSE! Maybe not mentally, but physically OMG!!! Let me tell you a little bit of my symptoms so you believe me when i said i almost died, i am speaking the truth.
But before telling you my symptoms, this is how it all started.
I read about 50 pages and still had doubts but i was convinced at least that day to not drink. By the night, i read about 100 pages and yes, i was sure I permanently quit. I was happy like i was getting a new. I went to bed excited about my new life, and alcohol free life ahead of me.
After two hours of sleep, I realized something so strong shocked my body i jumped high off of my bed. I didn’t think much of anything but went to sleep again.
After few minutes of sleeping, my left side of the body like leg and arm kicked high to the left side like i was trying to hurt someone - that hard (I jumped high off of bed again)
Tried to fall back asleep again. As soon as about to sleep, there was this feeling of drawing like my body is sinking into death and i can feel it. I Sank and stopped breathing. Then my body quickly gets inti this shock like there is an explosion in my body and wakes me up (like don’t die yet). There was this blood rushing feeling through my body along with shakes. I can feel my heart racing like tiger is chasing me, my hands are shaking, i am nauseated, i want throw up. I get up to go the bathroom. I can’t walk, i am dizzy, confused, and extremely scared.
My head is pounding, i am about to vomit, i am scared, and all i can think of someone is in my appointment to hurt me (like some kind of monster). I was expecting that monster to grab me any moment by the neck and destroy me. I could hear things and I could see things like someone is there.I tried to go back to bed again thinking i am just crazy and having panic attack. Falling asleep again. I started sweating a lot; hot, called, my hands are shaking and I breathe heavily.
I was thinking i am just crazy and experiencing panic attack and i need to sleep again.
So every hour from 10 pm until 5am this was happening:”dying”, kicking with my hands and legs jumping high off of bed. I felt like dying every hour followed with everything else i have described above.
I couldn’t take it anymore, so I stayed awake. Same symptoms were still a present while awake just more muscles control (since i am awake).
I told my friend and she said that is severe withdrawal and sounds like DTs (Delirium Tremens)I googled DTs, and omg I could have died! Somehow my body pulled through!! PLEASE GOOGLE DELIRIUM TREMENS before you read this book. I wish i had.
This was the hardest night i have ever had in my life. It was the hardest thing I went through in my life and i have been through a war and whatnot.
Please consult with your doctor before you read this book!!!

I looked on Amazon for help. I found this and was like yeah right whatever....
He says to keep smoking to the end of the book but I couldn’t make myself smoke another drag I was absolutely done. 6/5/20 have not smoked since. I love this book I got three different books same goal/motivation.



This book works, but I think you do have to want to quit. Do yourself a favor. Buy this book for yourself or someone you love and save your or their life!
