Not an exact fit!

This filter was for use in a 2017 Ford Explorer. Unfortunately, the filter is 1/4 inch wider than the original Ford Filter.
Because of the size difference you must force the filter in place deforming some of the pleats.

I would not recommend purchasing this for use in a Ford Explorer.

I was searching for a cabin air filter to fit my 2017 Hyundai Ioniq and this came up at the top of the search results for my car but when you click on it to read the details Amazon says it DOES NOT fit my car. Well based on the measurements I measured from my old filter I was replacing it was almost a perfect match so I took a chance and I can confirm it DOES indeed fit perfectly so if you have a Hyundai Ioniq (mine is a 2017 Limited model) go ahead and buy it cause it will fit.

Good deal, but not an exact fit for a Ford Flex

It’s a good deal for a 2 pack. Cabin filters are not something that needs be high end or spend excessive money on. The only issue installing it in our Ford Flex is the filter is not an exact fit, it’s about 1/8” bigger than factory filter and opening. So it did install, but it’s tight.

The product is excellant and is priced right. Installation on a Taurus is a pain as you have to take the glove box door off and snap off the air filter cover. It is well worth the effort as my 3 year old filter was plugged and turning black! Breathing easy now though!!
