For product owners: You should add Oculus Link support to your list of supported devices, that will attract a LOT of attention.I bought this on a whim to use with my Oculus Quest for the new Oculus Link (Beta).Holy smokes! The cord works perfectly, 10 ft is just enough for my small play area, though I wish I could have gone a bit longer. I attempted to use a USB 3.0 extension, but my guess is that the USB 3.1 is the minimum for Oculus Link as it did not work.It also came with a bundling strap that WORKS PERFECTLY to tie the cord back similar to the rift/rift S's plastic clip.Absolute dream cable here, 10/10 would recommend a buy.

First impression was that it was THICK. This does make it a bit stiff but for me this was a good indicator of durability.
So far I've used it to charge power banks and transfer files from a gopro and it performed as expected, no issues at all. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a decent good value USB a to c cable.

Of course the 3m cable Oculus recommended sold out almost instantly and the 2m version I bought was too short so I went looking for some alternatives and can safely say that this one works extremely well, no issues what so ever since I started using this. The cable is braided and feels well made which is always a plus. Good job, Amazon.
Note that if you're also looking to use Oculus Link it's quite fussy about the USB ports it works with. e.g. It works fine with my motherboard's built-in Intel Z270 based USB 3.0 ports, however it does not work with the ASMedia ASM2142 chipset based USB 3.1 ports it has. If you're using a long (e.g. 5m) extension cable too, make sure you get an active extender that provides the option to plug in a power adapter as you'll likely need to do this for it to work properly/not disconnect I have found.

This is a premium cloth braided cable which in my opinion are far better than rubber cables. Connections are all tight and sturdy which has been an issue with many other Micro USB cables that feel sloppy and loose in the port. Another incredibly small but extremely useful feature of the cable is the small velcro strap which is great if like me you want to adjust the cable to your perfect length and loop the slack to prevent it from going everywhere.
There are a lot of poor quality, falsely advertised cables out there, iv been caught out many times before however, since discovering Amazon's Basic range and seeing the high levels of quality control and compliance, I will never buy another brand of cable again, even including extremely expensive "premium" brands which really offer nothing more premium than the fact they are a trusted, compliant brand.... Exactly the same as the Basics brand but at a tenth of the price.
Several length and colour options are also available which is a nice touch too.
If your looking for this particular type of lead then look no further.
