I have always wanted satin pillowcases!
When I saw this nice light gray, I had to order them. And they are very pretty - more of a silver gray.
I washed them 1st & air dried, as the tag suggested.
They come boxed & they’re made well & came out of the wash just fine.

They’re “envelope style”, so the end has a cuff that folds over to make a finished cover, BUT - - they’re too short on my pillows!
(See pic). It’s annoying to only use 1 side since I don’t want my face on the pillow itself. My pillows are regular ol’ queen size - nothing out of the ordinary, so I don’t know why they don’t fit properly other than they’re just not sized well.

It’s not a deal breaker for using them on our bed, but I wouldn’t order these again for any other beds.
They’re 5 star pillowcases, but must deduct 1 for the bad fit.

I’m not into light grey/silver bedding but since it was offered to me on Vine I might as well order it. I have a weakness for satin and silk! This is 100% polyester and is a shiny slippery type. It’s true that it does have an envelope closure as it says. Envelope closure means the opening has a tucked in style. It keeps the pillow cushion hidden, protected, and from sliding out. However, if your pillow is too flat or small for the case it won't work well. The envelope pocket is quite shallow, about 5"-5" inches. Overall, I think the quality is good and it launders easier than real silk. It is also less wrinkly than real silk.

These are pretty nice silk pillowcases, they work well for me. They're very soft against my skin and do a nice job keeping my hair from getting too messed up while I sleep. They're a very basic make, but the stitching is done well. They have an envelope closure, no frills. I'm not a huge fan of the metallic color of them, they're very shiny. Overall, good quality for the price and work well.
