I don’t see why people are complaining about this product, delivers exactly what it states. Yes, each port will do 18 watts up to 36 watts total. I tested by plugging in my MacBook Pro and iPad Pro independently and measuring 17.3, then plugging in both and getting 17.3 to each device still.
It delivers up to 5v3a or 9v2a. If you want to charge your device as fast as possible, look into GaN chargers that claim up to 36 to 60 watts to the port. Multi port chargers WILL split power delivery amongst the ports so read the fine print.
And as an FYI, I measured on an Anker device with a 30 watt port and the 1st gen iPad Pro 12.9 draws up to 27.8 watts and the iPhone 13 Pro Max draws around 25.7 below 50%, so this chargers will work but won’t charge these big devices up nearly as fast as a 30 watt usb c port.
If you’re simply using this charger for small devices like an Apple Watch or AirPods, it’ll work just fine.
