Got a return, it looks good. The trimmer cuts nicely, which helps to keep the beard looking sharp, almost like a professional cut. There are a couple of minor issues, such as blade getting hot after a couple minutes of use and a loud click when you flip the switch. Overall, it is pretty good. Now I need just this little helper and a safe razor blade to keep my beard nice a trim.

I have not zeroed the trimmers. Without a gaurd I still get a nice close and clean line up for my beard and mustache edges.
Make sure you upkeep these trimmers if you want them to last. Oil them with every use using the supplies oil. I thought it was overkill when I read that in the instructions but without proper oiling the trimmers won't cut and you might blame the machine instead of yourself.
I don’t recommend this to anyone since it’s expensive and inefficient.
2 star because it is still working!
I have been trying every way to shave my neck area without having too much of a problem.
I have been wet shaving (shavette and DE safety razors) for few years. But because of the nature of my beard which grows circular, it's thick and super curly, I have always had issue in the neck area. Growing a beard, as I am, hasn't helped much either, because I still have to shave the neck.
So no matter how much I love wet shaving, I finally had to give it up. In the research for a good clipper, I came across Andis T-Outliner and I would not go back. It cuts the hair very close, but not too close to cause any ingrown hairs.
Certainly, it's not as close as shaving, but it's "good enough". Especially for me with a beard, that I want to clean the neck and adjust the cheek and mustache lines.
After shaving in different directions with Andist T-Outliner (WTG, ATG, XTG), you get a look as if you have shaved with a single blade razor and a few hours has passed. Certainly "Good enough".
I use it personally and after about 12-15 minutes of continuous shaving and adjusting the lines, it warms up. Therefore I cut the more sensitive parts like neck, first.
I only wish it came with a blade guard to protect the blades when they're stored, and also a carrying case.
The customer service of "Mikasa Beauty" has been great as well. I had an issue with the product received was damaged and they changed it very quickly.

If it comes used or with hair on it, there is this company called Amazon that will replace it for free.
Too loud? Are you trying to cut your hair in secret or something?
Too hot? If you leave an object on for 30 minutes straight that has a battery-powered motor, guess what? It's going to get hot. Crazy, right?
The grip is fine. It's a hair clipper, not a glove.
The cut is as close as you're going to get without using a razor. Mine already came zero-gapped. If yours doesn't, watch a 2 minute on YouTube. It only requires a screwdriver and a brain.
I use this clipper to shave my head. I am European-American, or as I like to say -- white. I get razor bumps on the back of my neck from razors. Yes, I've tried everything. I've used Gillette Skinguard to single-edge razors. I've used hot towels, cold towels, crushed Aspirin, and even Tend Skin. I've used Nivea sensitive skin foams, coconut oil, essential oils, witch hazel, creams from monks, and tears from Himalayan Koalas. Nothing works. Does this clipper work? Also no. However, instead of 5-10 razor bumps, I only get 1-2 bumps and they're barely noticeable. I shave my head in 5 minutes, every 3 days, with no prep or aftercare. I cut it dry, not wet. This may sound silly, but the secret to a closer cut is using a waves brush. Brush, cut, repeat. You can get one for a couple of bucks at Walmart or maybe even Amazon. I've also used clippers from Wahl and they're good, but these just cut closer.
Even if this clipper only works for a year, the $65 is well worth it. Stop thinking about it, and just buy it. If worst comes to worst, just send it back so they can sell it to somebody else with your hair on it.

If you've got asbestos hands and a good quality pair of headphones then this product is for you.....other wise STAY AWAY!!
worst shaver ever!!!!!

I'll investigate. If it's a simple resolution and good outcome, I'll update my review. My initial investigation suggests the vibration is a known problem and the fix isn't simple.
