I mostly like the pump. It looks a lot neater on the counter top than a toothpaste tube does. The only negative is that with the way that the spout and the lid of the pump is designed, for some reason the button you push is always has toothpaste on it. When means it is hard to press it without getting toothpaste on your finger.
But other than that I am pretty happy with it, and my daughter likes it so she brushes her teeth. So that is really all that I can ask for.
Decided to try this as was sick of toothpaste all over my bathroom counter. So far the pump is helping kids to control how much comes out (slowly). Note: if pump fails, simply push up on bottom of pump & it starts working again!
The one thing I don’t like about it, is the design for the applicator. It gunks up in the nozzle and makes it kind of difficult to distribute to the. Rush if you don’t keep it clean.
A: your child has to love it (flavour, packaging etc) and want to use it
B: that it actually works after a year of using with good mouth hygiene and brushing daily Morning and night
This toothpaste fits the bill my children love the light mint tea flavour as they don’t like fruity toothpaste but it’s not too strong of a meant that they don’t like using it.
My 2, 5, 7 and 9-year-old have been cavity free since we’ve been using this for the past five years. We always stock up from Amazon and it makes it so we never run out of their favourite toothpaste. I also like that it now comes in a tube instead of the pump. My children always made such a mess with the pump I would almost rather pull their teeth then clean up the bathroom after that mess LOL
(I wish there were adult toothpastes in mild mint flavour too, my tongue burns after brushing with adult toothpaste. It's total overkill. If toothpaste does its job in properly cleaning, then strong flavours shouldn't be necessary for masking odour, should they?)
