My son accidentally bought this e-book on Kindle because he saw me buy two books for him before that (I totally recommend Elise Parsley!! I just discovered her children's books tonight! Very witty and smart - appeals to both parent & child!! Had both of us really laughing!!), so he asked for this one (I think because it had a red car on the cover & a mom & son inside of it - clearly he relates to that). I saw it was $10.99, and said, "Nope!!! Not buying that for $11!" He touched "Buy" (then got into trouble), and I figured that I spent the $, might as well read it. BIGGEST. DISAPPOINTMENT. EVER!!!!!!
The ENTIRE BOOK'S CONTENTS IS THIS:
"Are you ready?" "Where are we going?" "Grandma's house."
"Are we there yet?" "No." About 30 times. I did not count them all, because I'd already wasted 45 seconds of my life reading this garbage. Then,
"Are we there yet?" "Almost." Then,
"Are we there yet?" "Yes." "Yes!" "Yes!" Then,
"How was your trip??" "Boring."
BORING?!?!?!?! THAT IS WHAT THE TITLE OF THIS CRAPPY BOOK SHOULD BE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The author should be ashamed of herself... $11?!? I'm still gonna try to get my $ back, but I feel like I've been scammed... I obviously do not recommend reading this book!
