I love Demetra George's YouTubes, she is a wise woman and a very gifted astrologer. This does not discuss many different asteroids, just a select few, maybe its time she wrote an update. I do understand that at the time it was revolutionary and therefore includes the major asteroids that were discovered at the time of writing, and not the vast array on offer to us now.

However, well over a third of the book is Ephemeris (like a bus timetable of where the asteroids will be at various times). Many web sites now show the whereabouts of these asteroids without the need for Ephemeris so to all but the most devoted astrology this is really not needed these days. I would rather not have that part of the book it is a waste of paper for me.

With a lot of interest in asteroids in astrology particularly amongst astrologers on the ground level this is really a great addition to their bookshelves. Outlining perhaps sixteen major asteroids in total, it focuses really on mainly four - Ceres, Vesta, Juno and Pallas, and then makes this into a outline of what she calls the Re-emerging Feminine, which has to do with the rise and rise of women since the end of the nineteenth century. She does this as well because the asteroids mentioned represent female deities. However it should be noted that these asteroids are also prominent in men, with particularly Pallas in creative individuals even more so than women, which perhaps gives an anti to her thoughts on this re-emerging feminine. Demetra George gives major aspect descriptions for all these four asteroids and gives examples of famous people who have certain delineations with these. a breakthrough book before any other books on asteroids arrive on the scene

Not happy with this book. It was not what I expected. Firstly, the goddesses covered are just the Ancient Greco-Roman pantheon. Secondly, the bulk of the book is made up of astrological charts.
