J’adore l’écran. Toutefois, il y a un grand délai en ce qui a trait au traitement de l’information de l’image de mon portable à l’écran. Je crois toutefois que c’est mon adapteur et non l’écran en soi. Il serait aussi intéressant de savoir qu’il faut appuyer très fort à l’arrière pour que l’écran se baisse et s’ajuste à notre guide.

Great picture, sound horrible

I bought it for eye protection not for sound which is a good thing because the speakers are horrible. The picture is great but I'm disappointed that the picture doesn't go all the way to the edge of the screen. I could not find any settings to let you stretch the picture to the edge.

So I recently bought a second monitor since I needed it for work. Had no issues with the old one I bought in 2020 but as you can see, the old one (left monitor) has a yellow or warmer tint compared to the new one.

I guess eventually it’ll have the yellow tint and no amount of fiddling with the colour settings fixed the old one. For anyone who paints/draws digitally, this will be an inconvenience so just a warning.

J’ai acheté cet écran pour le travail et il convient très bien. L’image est claire et le moniteur est d’un beau blanc éclatant (ce que je recherchais pour aller dans mon décor), le support est lustré mais pas le derrière de l’écran. Le seul petit hic est qu’il y a une bande en métal sous l’écran et il y avait un petit défaut dans cette zone, comme si un objet pointu était entré dans cette bande et avait causé une encavure. C’est très léger et ne paraît pas beaucoup mais quand même, c’est un peu décevant quand on achète un produit neuf. Je l’ai tout de même gardé car j’en avait besoin rapidement et suis somme toute satisfaite de mon achat malgré cet accroc considérant le prix.

Using for work (reading and writing documents, emails, research, etc.) and it’s been a game-changer for working at home off the laptop. Screen is wide enough to have two documents open at once at 100% zoom. The size and quality of the screen helps lower eye strain.

I was sent a defective monitor, will not turn on at all and power cord doesn’t seem to fit all the way in properly. Very disappointed as I was very excited for this product, sending it back

EDIT: it works! Thanks to the amazing customer service, we were able to figure it out! Only 10 minutes after filing for a return, I got a email from Jessie and we figured it out! It was only a tech problem due to my part, and I LOVE THE MONITOR NOW
It looks clean in white and silver and fits my aesthetic perfectly:)
Great product and great service, 5 stars overall! <3
