Be Well, Be Whole, Be Free takes you through Rachel’s journey from finally accepting that she had an eating disorder to her first ten months of recovery. As she worked toward accepting the fact that she did have an eating disorder, she searched out stories of other people’s battles with eating disorders. Even though she struggled to find a story that was exactly like her own, reading other people’s stories still helped to validate her own experience and gave her encouragement to keep going. She hopes that sharing her story will be that validation and encouragement that someone else is searching for.
Whether you are battling an eating disorder, know someone who is, or want to educate yourself about what some people with eating disorders experience, this book is for you.
