After having multiple bad experiences going through the mortgage application process, Paul figured there had to be a better way. People deserved to have better treatment, better service, and more overall respect from professionals arranging their mortgage. He decided to take things into his own hands by entering the mortgage business in 2007, and since then, he has never looked back. He strives to ensure clients needs are attended to promptly with strong communication through the entire process, and has built a solid reputation as an expert in his field. Paul is the exclusive mortgage broker on season two of the real estate reality television show 'Top Million Dollar Agent', which has aired on Global, Slice TV, as well as Rogers. He has ranked in the top 75 mortgage brokers in Canada by CMP Magazine for 2016 and 2017, and is a finalist for 2018 Mortgage Broker of the Year (winner announced April 20th, 2018 at the Canadian Mortgage Awards, which is like the Oscars for the mortgage industry). Paul currently resides downtown Toronto where spending quality time with his friends and family is something that is extremely important to him. In his spare time, whenever he can find it, he enjoys reading, writing, downhill skiing and snowmobiling, however his biggest passion is boating.
