About Belle Belrose
Belle Belrose is a first-grade teacher who has a passion for helping children to learn and tackle difficult topics in a fun, easy manner. She came up with Orion's story to start discussions about diversity, disability and to helps kids understand and learn in a safe place. She lives in a little town in Washington close to the ocean with her husband, two kids, an energetic Jack Russell Terrier, and a calm Great Dane. When she is not at school, most days, she can be found walking the beach with the kiddos and dogs, reading, or volunteering at her local library. She hopes to inspire children and their families to discuss topics that might make them uncomfortable with an open mind and a positive attitude.
