Beautiful and does the job but not best quality

I LOVE how these look but i was disappointed to find a discolouration on one of the utensils i put in the dishwasher. They are said to be dishwasher safe but i am assuming it has to be a no heat wash...? The quality is 7/10. Apart from this, im happy with my purchase.

It would have been 5 stars of it would be painted well.
Its not painted well you can see some silver steel part on the spoons.
It will come off all gold paint in one wash if you use it what it meant for.
