I've been recommending this to all my friends. Even if you need to stay on hormonal birth control, Dr Brighten gives great tips to minimize the effects. Or if you've got unbearable periods, she gives tips to ease into it.

The recipes are delicious and they work soooo well!
I read a bad review about how it was full of adds trying to sell her own supplements and that is not at all the case! She writes all the supplements in their bioavailable forms for you to find the one that suits you best from any provider of your choice.
- I wish there was a little more on hormones when you’re on birth control, but there is some info and it was helpful.
