I have been using the BioSteel Sport Greens Powder in Pineapple Coconut flavour for a few months now, and overall, I think it's a decent superfood supplement. The powder mixes well with water or juice, and the taste is okay - it's not too sweet or overpowering, but it's not exactly delicious either.
I can't say that I've noticed any significant changes in my energy levels, digestion, or overall health since starting to use this product, but I also have to admit that I haven't been the most consistent with taking it. I have skipped a few days here and there, so that could be a factor.
One thing I don't love about this powder is that it tends to stain cups or bottles easily, which can be a bit of a hassle to clean. I've also noticed that if I don't rinse my shaker bottle immediately after drinking the greens powder, it can leave a slight residue that is harder to remove later.
