Right off the bat, you can’t top gluten free for good health! I love the way this crust turned out!
Definitely use cellophane to roll it out on the pizza pan, otherwise it will give you a challenge! It needs seasoning to bring the flavour to life, so next time I will add herbs (maybe), and sea salt, to the dry mix, and liquid stevia to take a slight edge off the savory. All in all, love it, and will buy it again! Thank you Bob’s Red Mill!
