Water Bandit

Stops Leaky Water Connections
Connect your hose to the Water Bandit by attaching the hose onto the threaded brass end. Then simply slide or twist the rubber end of the Water Bandit onto the leaky faucet or water connection until it is fully attached. It's that easy.
You can even connect Water Bandit to a standard unthreaded faucet to refill your fresh water tank. Connect Water Bandit to your fresh water hose, slide over the threadless connection and you’re ready fill.
Water Bandit quickly connects to most standard hoses. It will work with damaged or stripped faucet threads and even faucets with no threads at all! NOTE: Discharge end of hose must remain open while in operation. Water Bandit is not designed to hold back pressure. Never leave Water Bandit connected while unattended.
Not intended for use under pressure. Keep the other end of your water hose open or the pressure will pop the Water Bandit off the spigot.
Features:
- Quick and easy installation – just slip over damaged faucet and attach the hose on threaded end
- Perfect for indoor and outdoor use
- Connects to damaged or threadless faucets
- Perfect solution for leaky hose connections

There was a problem filtering reviews right now. Please try again later.
First time the water pressure blew it right off the pipe. I then used 2 zip ties on the rubber part to keep it in place. Pressure blew the metal part now(thankfull i was able to easily put it back). Used more zip ties around the rubber-over-the-metal part to keep that in place too.
This way, with water pressure below 50%, it was usable. Don't even think about closing the valve on your end, most probably something will blow off again - so i let the hose lie on the ground with water coming out constantly while i was busy with other details.
Works as a temporary solution with added zip ties, otherwise just repair your pipes/faucet, you'll be better off.
At the end of the day, it helps out a lot. In my first and only case of using it so far, we were at a state campground and using a water outlet with no thread. We had to be very careful holding this on and making sure not to use too much pressure. It basically acted as a flexible funnel to help divert the water down the hose.

For RV use, this thing has been clutch multiple times, and has in my opinion paid for itself. The entire idea behind this is a factory made cobble job. Does it work perfectly? No, not by a long shot. But for a makeshift cobble job solution, it's working as intended. Everyone needs to understand. This isn't a product designed by NASA to work on Venus. But if this thing saves the day even once, you'll be glad you had it. It's come in to save the day many times for me and frankly I smile every time I need to pull it out. Would I recommend? Yes a thousand times. Every RVer needs one of these and is missing out if they don't.
Now the bad. Technically speaking, this thing is a pile of crap. The number of ways it will fail on you is a bit staggering. Therefore, it requires some ingenuity and brain power on the user end. Remember, this is a cobble job, and it's going to need babysitting, customization and patience. If you play the game, you will be rewarded. If you're expecting this thing to "simply work ", you're going to be very disappointed.
Two tips for use. Have zip ties, dykez and some hose clamps handy. The hose clamps with butterfly keys are excellent. Trust me, you'll need these. Also, if the park has high pressure, this thing will expand like a balloon and explode. So you will have to moderate the flow. Last bit of advice. These things only have so many uses in them. You won't need to use it all the time so plan on a season or two before it craps the bed. Buy these two at a time so when one fails (and it will) you won't be caught flat footed. Buy another replacement ASAP. You always want two on hand.
So Buy two and prosper.
