This movie is silly and fun and not 100% politically correct, though there is nothing offensive, at least I found nothing offensive. I don't often laugh out loud anymore, I am older, a Gen X-er who never really did grow up, did any of us? And while I still find the occasional chuckle and sometimes laugh right out loud in the new brand of R rated comedies, none of them has made me laugh nearly as much as Cannonball Run and the other great comedies of my childhood, National Lampoons Vacation, Mr. Mom, The Jerk, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, and even Porkys. The list could go on, Better off Dead and The Sure Thing have just come to mind. I don't know about you, but I get so caught up watching what is new and what I haven't seen yet, that sometimes I forget about these long ago favourites.

I didn't watch this movie yet, still packaged. But I bought it as a set along w. the original Smokey & the Bandit movie and a S&M 7-movie set.
When I wanted to watch the Blu-Ray version of my S&B it won't play in my BR player. The regular dvd disc plays but there is no sound. Decided to watch the digital version: just the steps to register are a pain. Too long, seems outdated.... Could play on my laptop but won't cast on my tv. My laptop , apps, everything are up to date, just saying. Last option: download it. Then I need to install Flickster, enter credentials again but it doesn't work!!!!!!! Even tried w. my facebook credentials, won't do... Wrote to customer service, got a reply from tech w/i minutes. But at this point, I don't have any more time to lose w. that. I will try to return everything even though it seems it's too late. It's weird 'cause I can't rate or leave feedback for the two other movie sets I bought. Only for this one. Will never any other WB movie on here or elsewhere.
