An Amazon member since 2002, this is, BY FAR, the poorest quality purchase I've ever made. The item arrived with BOTH valve handles "frozen"--neither can be moved at all. In addition, both the product description and the the photo on Amazon are false--the handles have no "thermoplastic rubber" coasting and are significantly smaller in size (less leverage) than depicted. DO NOT believe the following statement in the Amazon product depiction depiction:
---------- Y for hose-EASY-TO-TURN INDIVIDUAL VALVES & COMFORTABLE GRIP - Covered with thermoplastic rubber for easy grip and operation, the valves allow you to control the water flow separately and easily without going back and forth to the source.------- (See my delivered product in the photo below).
Clearly, Amazon has made a very serious error in selecting this item as an "Amazon's Choice". Receiving a cheap , defective and improperly-described Chinese piece of junk which would require repair of some sort by the customer is inexcusable.
UPDATE as of Sept 21st, 2019: UNBELIEVABLE!!!!! The vendor reacted to the poor review and sent a replacement connector which might have been good news, however the piece of junk was EXACTLY like the inoperable, non-functional, and completely different product than pictured and described in the Amazon depiction. Levers are NOT covered with "comfortable thermoplastic', they are bare brass and are shorter than depicted and, just like its twin received previously, the valves cannot be turned. The picture of the product AND its "wonderful" description are again fraudulent!!! Evidently, Amazon doesn't read these reviews--or perhaps they don't care about fraudulent product sales.
___Second update; I spoke with an Amazon rep weeks ago regarding the fraudulent photo, fraudulent description, and non-functional product (same junk delivered as a replacement for the original order) . I was told that changes would be made. However, today (Oct 10th, 2019) the photo and description remain fraudulent. And, unbelievably, the product STILL has the tag "AMAZON'S CHOICE." Amazon now shares the false promises made by the vendor Metals Shop.
