Baked a few cakes in these tins now and I can honestly say they work fantastic! I bought these smaller pans to practice my decorating so I don't make too much cake for the household to eat.
I like to coat the pan in cooking spray, cut out and lay parchment in the bottom of the pan, spray the parchment with cooking spray, then coat the whole inner pan with flour and tap out the excess.
All of my cakes have slid right out of the plan perflectly with 0 breakage. (Just be sure to elt them cool for an hour before sliding them out!).

I keep ordering this pan in the 12 inch size and keep receiving the 10 inch size. If it didn’t happen three times in a row I would think it was just an accident. But maybe it’s just an in accurate website description.
