I have given this product a rating of 3, not because it doesn't work, but simply because the information regarding pacemakers SHOULD be on the front of the packaging, in BIG and BOLD lettering and NOT BURIED on page 5 of the instruction manual.

I purchased this item as a gift for my father for his birthday and he loved it.

When my Dad read that he couldn't use it because he has a pacemaker, he was soooooo very disappointed because the product was working and he could see the difference within a day.

If you know of anything similar, that doesn't require an electrical pulse, but does the same job, please let me know.

My Dad and I are both really disappointed that he could not use this product.

I had mixed feelings about buying this product but thought I'd try it as some reviews gave it a high rating. Followed all the instructions precisely and it would not even turn on even when I had it at max intensity. No part of it worked. Not even the timer. Save yourself the effort and look for a better product. It was not inexpensive, it was just plain defective. That I saw in a lot of ratings on it so I guess I am not the only one. It would not let me submit unless I checked a rating so I had to check one star but it is even below this.

The concept of this is sound and many physiotherapist use a tens machine. We need more info as to how to use and place the pads. What are the 3 different settings for and when to use them. How long should one leave them on? Is 30 min to long. My physio places his pads at very specific locations on me and for a specific amount of time.. So more info would be needed to get the full benefits of this machine. Also was not impressed the the connectors of the new controllers do not work with the older Tens controllers or end devices.

I just bought this for my feet and I find the left foot the massage is weaker feeling than the right. Am I doing something wrong? I bought it to see if it helps with circulation in my legs and for my osteoarthritis pain in my right knee. How long do you have to use it to see results. It seems for now I can only handle setting one for 10 minutes on 2 or just a little higher than 2 because then I feel it more on my right leg than my left leg. Is this normal or is the machine defective? If anyone experienced a weaker massage on the left foot please let me know? Thanks
