If you are debating between the Field Guide and "Deep Change: Discovering the Leader Within" regular book I would suggest the Field Guide personally. I own both, but the Field Guide is easier to work with and inspired me to answer the questions and do the activities which as opposed to reading without being compelled to think about myself as much.

I'd recommend this field book to any serious student of leadership and responsible executive.
