Je ne peux pas dire que je vois une différence sur l'enflure de mes pieds, par contre la compagnie écrit que je dois les utiliser 10 jours avant désintoxication complète... si vous m'obliger à donner mon avis maintenant je vous dirais que je ne vois aucune différence donc, je ne suis pas satisfait.. mais attendons que mes 10 jours soient écoulés... voilà... COEURdialement moi.

I have seen these before but never tried them myself. So of course, I am skeptical.

Now, if you do real research, you will find that all studies have found not a single proof yet of this actually working to what they say. Now, I guess that is also really hard to determine how and if they actually are working.

Now, the instructions are not the best. They show it as if the pad is already together and just put on. This is NOT the case at all.

Each pouch has 10 but I am still trying to figure how they see that as mine didn't have 10 of both pad and covers. It did have 10 covers but only 5 patches so that is already a bad sign.

Now, the pad and covers are separate. And the pad is much smaller then they show in all the pictures. Also, which is the correct side of the patch to put down. I guess I did it right as the instructions again, don't explain this at all. The other part is just a part you peel and stick on to hold the patch in place. And that really is it. As you can see, they did move around a bit as your are suppose to wear for 8 hours!!! But still, did come out black in most parts.

Now, what really makes it turn black and does it really start to get less and less over time. I will update more as I try these and let you know.

They do say suppose to help with sleep, take bad moisture, help with foot scents, reduce stress etc.

Now, I didn't find they help me sleep, but made me more tired then normal and sleep in to try recover.

Also, they do wick away moisture as they made me have a headache like was dehyrated.

The only thing was the bottom of my foot where the pad and such was covering did feel good and better after wearing That was only positive I had so far.

I’m not sure about this product. I don’t know what, if anything, this is doing.
Yes the pads are black by morning but is that toxins or merely the heat and moisture of your skin moistening the pads and exposing the contents due to the non-breathable backing?
I did not notice any difference in sleep or level of fatigue. I also found that a couple of times the adhesive let go and I woke up with a pad wrapped in the sheets.
I will not reorder this as I can’t say I’ve noticed any benefit to justify spending money.

This review is for the Bbymie deep cleansing food pads made with natural bamboo.

I honestly am not sure if these pads are actually working although the pads changed color upon removal. Some people use the color-changing mechanism as an indicator that the toxins have been absorbed into the patches, and part of me thinks that it is just a gimmick that are used to "prove" the product is working.

The patches offer the convenience of detoxifying while you sleep; however, soaking your feet in warm water for about 15 minutes before going to bed would give about the same health benefits, if not more.
