A terrific insight indeed.


First, the principles, definitions and tools are laid out for the reader; second a guided example is provided to make concepts more tangible; finally, templates are provided so you can use them on your own projects.

The Digital& IT Strategy Journal is also a great journal, as it shows you the role of the IT&Digital in the overall strategy and takes you from identifying the role of the IT&Digital Strategy to how to develop a vision which is aligned to the overall company strategy, to developing and executing the IT strategy. It is very detailed journal containing visuals, templates and steps and I expect to review it on regular basis to identify more insights.
