Very good product
Install it as suggested !!! because there is a reason. Install the product with the circle stopper in the lower part. This circle stopper is designed to prevent the child locking the door by accident. If you happen to be outside the room and the child locked it by accident, ...... !!!
We made the mistake of installing the product upside down - with the circle stopper in the upper part, so it's easier for us to lock the door. Had to take it down

If you can lift your door handle up and your door opens this wont work. Seems obvious but, didnt even know this was a thing, new house new doors but just to be aware
