For console output to computer:
PVE games like monster hunter will be fine and feels great to have the game windowed and have the wiki on the side. But PVP games like Splatoon 2, I still prefer to connect the video to the monitor and the audio to computer so the sounds will come out the same headphone with voice chat.
For music games like Taiko no Tatsujin, just don`t use any capture card at all.
Elgato Game Capture 4K60 Pro

I tried recording 4K PS4 footage.
The capture was amazing.
I would really recommend this card to users who need to record 4k. Though if you are strictly looking to record 1080p then there is a cheaper alternative within Elgato family.
There are few things
a) It's PCI express card so one needs a computer.
b) It relies on either CPU or GPU for encoding, why the high price then? :D.
At the same time, I am not saying it should be capable of doing the encoding. Because the encoding capability lies with the machine which it is installed into, which basically can be upgraded in future for better results.
c) It gets very hot, very quickly ( Should have had a heatsink and fan similar to Graphic cards.
