O essencialista: Define prioridades, não aceita tudo o que lhe oferecem, sabe que quanto menos coisas fizer melhor vai ser a qualidade, explora as oportunidades antes de as escolher, elimina tudo o que não é essencial para sua vida, avalia como está sendo gasto o seu tempo para não usa-lo com coisas triviais, como redes sociais, diz muito mais não, do que sim, essas são algumas idéias que eu entendi do livro.
Mas porém, temos que ser delicados em algumas decisões, por exemplo no trabalho e família, ao dizermos não para tudo e todos, vamos ser considerados individualistas e egoístas, assim temos que ser extremamente delicados para tais respostas, mas o autor explica muito bem isso no livro, vale a pena a leitura.
Recomendo também o livro " A única coisa".
