Printed with minimal ink, so very difficult to read and use. A swindle.

This book looks like some of the self published, low quality "dime" novels, not like a distinguished reference book that a person can enjoy. I will burn this thing next winter, benefit from the heat and not like Amazon or the CIA for lowering standards like this.
