To comment on the quality of the audio book itself; the narrator has a very nice voice that is not too loud, and expressive.

As for the actual contents, it is quite powerful -- a must read if you feel that you are not living your happiest life for any reason, but, ESPECIALLY if your are fighting any illness associated with emotional disturbances, such as anxiety or anger management.

The effects on overall mood after reading this book have been studied and show positive results. As I read it, I understand why that is; the book primarily teaches you (and provides you with tools) to combat irrational thoughts that accompany emotional disturbances with rational ones. In short, this book just makes good sense.

If you are reading this... you have so much worth! -- Even if you don't feel like it!
I strongly encourage you to listen to this audiobook, visit the local library and check out this book, buy it in paperback (for less than $10), or any combination that helps you to learn.

I thought i was buying a new book. The one I received was dirty, stained, torn and tons of "dogearred" pages. For the $3 price difference i should have bought the BRAND NEW spotless copy form Barnes & Nobel. A mistake i will not make in the future.
