This book is another great fun read in a great series! The characters are fun, the humour and snark are great and the story keeps you reading. This book has lots of action and ties up some story lines while adding new ones at the end. I’m looking forward to the next book!

Lindsay continues to create a world of characters that are so unique and interesting that you have no problem getting lost in their world. This series to date is her best work in my opinion. I was hooked within the first couple of pages. Reading her books is an absolute pleasure. I am always eagerly looking forward to reading her next book.

Spoilers ahead…I am enjoying Matti and Sarrlevi’s adventures. There was one kind of graphic sex scene could done without though. It was definitely more detailed and longer than I care for and the sexual banter with her mom was just weird. Other than those two things, I have been having fun reading these books. I am hoping Zondia and Xilneth are going to get a spin-off series. Learning more about the dragons and dragon homeworld would be cool too.

The first 3 books were good. No or very minor mention of sex.
Then in book 4 there started to be more mention and talk of sex.
Book 5 had more but not to awfully graphic.
HOWEVER book 6 did have VERY graphic sex in it. I had to skip over a couple of chapters completely. I do not read sex books. The only reason I finished the book (after skipping to the end) was to see how they rescued her mother and father and to see if she was reunited with her grandfather.
Needless to say, this author will be on my "do not read" list.
