I wanted a secondary stand for the kitchen so only wanted a cheap one. This does the job, it's basic but you get what you pay for.
I added some additional padding in places and also made it more secure with some cable ties and tape. It's now much more sturdy.
If you're looking for a cheap and cheerful stand then this is fine.
