These are just what I needed for my 2000 gmc jimmy door panels. I tried so many universal clips and none of them fit. The only reason I gave them 4 stars is because 2 of them broke during instal. Luckily i only needed about 10 of them so I had plenty to spare.
Update. They didn't last 2 months before the heads started breaking off where they mount to the door panel. I finnaly ran through all 25 of them and every one broke off in the door. You get what you pay for. The fit was great but the quality of plastic is sub par.
These clips are horrible! The tab that slides into the black clip attached to the panel, breaks off. These are NOT replacements for the GM clips!
In the picture attached to the sales page, the last of the three tabs (opposite side of the tree), is poorly made, or made out of cheap plastic and it breaks off. If there are other brands, I'd try them before I purchase these clips again. BTW...I've been in the auto body business for over 40 years, and I know a good clip when I see it!! This package had 25 clips, and so far 12 have broken. It's NOT the price, it's the fact that now I have to take the panels off again to replace then with high-quality clips.
Service was excellent, but the product was not. (sorry Clipsandfasteners...but these clips are HORRIBLE).
Bought these for an older vehicle's door panels. They work, but it was hard to snap them it to the clip holders - make sure you watch the flashing from when they were molded. Once I realized that I needed to line them up so the flashing wasn't at right angles, but instead straight into the holder, I didn't have a problem.
One of these broke while I was installing it though, I was a little disappointed with that.
Good news is - they work, and the bulk packaging makes them much more affordable than purchasing a bunch from the dealer or even the local part store. Even with the problems, I'd buy them again.
1995 s10. These are longer and wider than the original retainers. I had to file the center post slightly and trim the tops of the heads to get them to work. They might be a good deal if they actually fit what you have.
