A wild pony, a stubborn princess, and a young girl with a heart full of dreams. A heart-warming pony adventure for children aged 6-11
When a young farmer’s daughter discovers a magnificent wild pony roaming free, she wonders how she can ever befriend the wild beast.
People say the pony is impossible to tame, yet Franny can ride her with no bridle or saddle whatsoever!
But when the kingdom’s spoilt princess learns a farmer’s daughter is riding the regal-looking steed, she becomes enraged with jealousy.
The princess wants the pony, and Franny is powerless to stop her.
Will the princess’s selfish demands separate The Girl and her Pony forever, or will the power of unbridled friendship overcome jealousy once and for all?
“A must read for any child who has ever dreamed of owning their own pony.”

Very Good book.y child enjoyed it :)

Franny (young) & her father (farm laborer) watched them go by.
A Princess rode by on her pony.
Franny looking after workhorses on local farms.
1-day Franny was wandering the meadows bordering the castle grounds.
A wild chestnut mare was running loose.
Franny was out there all day & the pony finally nuzzled up to her.
It was time for her to go home & guess who was trotting behind Franny.
Her father suggested they keep her for the night.
What is Sonnet’s (horse) future?
I do not receive any type of compensation for reading & reviewing free books from publishers & authors. Therefore, I am under no obligation to write a positive review, only an honest one.
An awesome book cover, great hand-drawn black & white, charming illustrations & proper font & writing style. A very professionally written children’s (preschool/elementary age) Pony storybook tale. It was quite easy for me to read/follow from start/finish & never a dull moment. There were no grammar/typo errors, nor any repetitive or out of line sequence sentences. Lots of exciting scenarios, with several twists/turns & a great set of unique characters, settings, etc. to keep track of. This could also make another great children’s Pony educational presentation (care of a pet), movie, an animated cartoon, or better yet a mini-TV series. There is no doubt in my mind this is an extremely easy rating of 5 stars.
