I received a copy of this title courtesy of Raincoast Books in exchange for an honest review. All opinions and comments are my own.
Each illustration is a 'dreamy portrait' representative of the season. The text flows with a kind of 'poetic rhythm.' The detail on each page feels like taking a walk through a gallery of paintings. The Reader is subtly invited to cross through time with the brother and sister in the story. The beauty of the changing seasons is brought to life. Goodbye Autumn, Hello Winter was well worth my walk to the library!!
