I've been using this oil for years. I usually buy it at the store but they run out and that's why I ordered online. Unfortunately after I opened the package, was greasy. It seems like the little plastic caps came off the bottles. I contacted customer service and they sent me replacement products with no charge. I really love the product, works great as a leave in conditioner, especially with bleached hair, works better than Olaplex. That's why I am going to give it a 5 star. Though, the manufacturer needs a better way to seal bottles.
