About Heather Wish Staller
Hi! I'm Heather. A mom to two boys, cooking instructor, recipe developer, Instagram lover, and veggie enthusiast.
I have a passion for getting kids into the kitchen and helping parents raise happy, healthy eaters and future home chefs.
I teach cooking to kids of all ages and also develop and photograph fun, healthy recipes to share on my blog and social media channels.
After going to Bowdoin College (where I met my husband), I fulfilled my lifelong dream of going to culinary school.
When I'm not cooking with my favorite ingredients—cream cheese, avocado, and kale—you can find me spending time with my boys at our home by the beach outside Boston. Please visit my website, HappyKidsKitchen.com, and @heather.happykidskitchen on Instagram to join a wonderful community of food-loving parents.
