Lucas is a masterful storyteller and has woven a complex world filled with engaging characters, intense stories and amazing dialogue that draws the reader in and never lets go. As has been her pattern, there is a second story about Roni and Sylvia that has been developing along with others that is barreling to a conclusion. SUMMARY:
