The cleats are good with the tungsten insert but the rubber gripper is way too small for the sole of my boot. I ordered a S/M given my boots are size 9 men and while the gripper fits tight on the boot, the bottom gripper is too small. The result is the cleats are in the middle of the boot (see photo) and it makes the gripper uncomfortable and tippy to walk on when ever you are on a hard surface. As shown, the cleats are a bit too narrow at the toe and do not go far back enough to be under the heel. I like the tungsten cleats and ordered the replacement set as I find all of these grippers wear down quickly given the mix of walking on ice and bare concrete/pavement.
