Safety Information

For external use only. Use only as directed. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not use if skin is irritated or if irritation develops. Rashes and/or burning discomfort and/or hypersensitivity such as allergy have been known to occur; in these cases, discontinue use. Skin burns (swelling, erythema, bullous lesions, pain) including severe skin burns and skin necrosis have sometimes been reported with products containing menthol. If you experience pain, swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away. Do not cover with additional bandage or use with a heating pad as this may result in excessive skin irritation or skin burn. If condition worsens or if symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days, discontinue and consult a doctor. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. If you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a doctor before using this product. Keep this and all medicine out of reach of children. In case of overdose and/or accidental ingestion, seek professional assistance or contact a Poison Control Center immediately. Do not use on children under 12 years of age.

Indications

Temporarily relieves aches and pains of muscles and joints associated with arthritis, simple backaches, lumbago, muscle strains and sprains.

Ingredients

Medicinal Ingredient: Menthol 7.5% w/w. Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Paraffinum liquidum, styrene/isoprene copolymer, glyceryl hydrogenated rosinate, polyisobutene, polyethylene glycol 400, hydrated silica.

Directions

Adults and children 12 years of age or older: Gently fold the patch in half to remove the center section of film backing. Remove remaining film backing from both sides and finish applying to skin. Use 1 patch for up to 8 hours; once a day. Do not leave on skin for more than 8 hours. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days. Reseal remaining patches in the airtight, light-resistant pouch.
