Do not bandage or use with a heating pad; the application of external heat such as an electric heating pad may result in excessive skin irritation or burn. If you experience pain, swelling or blistering, stop use and get medical help right away. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes; if this happens, rinse thoroughly with water. Do not apply to wounds or damaged skin. Do not use in large quantities, particularly over raw surfaces or blistered areas. If overdose or accidental ingestion occurs, call a Poison Control Center immediately. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Stop use and ask a doctor if: condition worsens, rash or irritation develops, symptoms persist for more than 7 days or clear up and occur again within a few days, you experience weakness, confusion, headache, difficulty breathing, discoloured skin, or any other unusual symptoms. Children should be closely observed during and after use of this product as they are at greater risk for serious side effects. Keep out of reach of children. Known Adverse Reactions: Rashes and/or burning discomfort and/or hypersensitivity such as allergy have been known to occur; in these cases, discontinue use.

Medical Ingredient: Menthol 16%. Non-Medical Ingredients: SD Alcohol 40, Water, Propylene glycol, Glycerin, Acrylates/C10-C30 Alkyl Acrylate crosspolymer, isopropyl myristate, triethanolamine

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years of age: Apply thinly and evenly to affected area, but not more than 3 to 4 times daily. Massage into painful area until thoroughly absorbed into skin. Close cap tightly. Keep carton as it contains important information. Do not use on children under 12 years of age.
