Es ist klar strukturiert, gut gegliedert und enthält alle wichtigen Infos zu Themen wie Bewertung, LBOs etc. Trotzdem sollte man sich zusätzlich in manche Themen stärker einlesen.

I actually like this book and think it is quite excellent. I think the discussion is pretty clear and covers the basics really well. In my opinion, however, this new edition is not significantly different from the second edition. This does not mean the material was not updated, but the important fundamental things you could learn from this book do not appear to be materially different than the prior editions.

Don’t buy this book for access to learning or tools. Wiley had no idea how to provide what you paid for. It is a big dead end after going to the website and entering a scratch off pin. After 6 hours of phone calls and chats, I have not found a single individual that can even comprehend what they are selling let alone get you access. I expected much better from Wiley. They are failures at this and I hopeRosenbaum and Pearl hear about this.
