The box included another better quality Y adapter not shown in the pictures. The threads on the plastic y adapter are too thin for my hose outlet which prevented a tight connection and produced drips. The better y more than made up for that.
The fittings are a little tough to fit into the 1/4 hose. A cup of hot water to soak the end of the hose helps but slows you down. The spray heads are stronger closer to the source and only drip near the end. The drip heads are easier to clean.
I am using the system with a rain barrel and pump. It very important to use a filter to prevent debris from clogging heads. Add a filter before causing problems.
The submersible pump I am using must be too low of pressure as the spray heads are not like the picture. It would help to have gal/min as a guide. I will try a cheap bilge pump next at 1100g/hour.
I am using on a garden with rows. The curled hoses are a pain to get straight. I learned to run the hose along the perimeter and then use a tee for each row. The other option is to go back and forth down the rows. My garden is 12 feet by 20 feet with a path down the center. I was surprised to find that I still need more heads.
So far the kit does what it is supposed to. I will add heads and up the pressure. Will have to figure out how to winterize in the fall to protect it for next year.

Wrong thread type of the Y adapter for North American faucets.

The thread on the Y adapter is fine thread while the North American outdoor faucet thread is coarse thread. So the adapter won't tighten on the faucet causing leaks. Have to buy another adapter to make it work.Also the T connectors don't have high enough hook to prevent tubing from sliding off under water pressure. I have to adjust the water output carefully to prevent tubing from sliding off.
