Like brand new - Looks great, works fine

Came a few days early which is nice. Phone is in surprisingly good shape. I was a little skeptical at first buying a refurbished phone off amazon but I'm quite impressed. Also it came with a screen protector on it which is cool. I only got it today but Ill be sure to post a follow up in the coming weeks if things seem off or if the phone disappoints.

I should note the battery life is pretty bad (it says 87% but we all know thats fluff), however I contacted apple and they are going to replace my battery free of charge. Pretty sweet.

Terrible phone case.

I bought this case thinking it would be great for my daughter for her newly passsd down phone.. I spent 150 dollars to replace the lcd screen in it.. She had this for two weeks with the case . My daughter got into my car and the phone fell-out her pocket in between the seat and door as she closed the door. Then we realized the corner of the phone led screen cracked. I was so mad... I now had to get the screen replaced again for q second time for a another 80 dollars at cost . Ya cost because my tech person that fixed it felt bad for me. So I ended up buying a otter box defender to make sure I don't have this issue again. As single father of two this really put a dent in my Christmas shopping. Forking out more money for a phone case and second lcd replacement screen on her iPhone X . Terrible case that doesn't protect the corners of the phone. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

Protects my iPhone X without hiding it (as the official case does). I disliked the idea of buying a beautiful new phone only to have it all covered by a solid piece of plastic, so went for this case. Although it does not feel as solid as Apple's official opaque cases (at 6x+ the price), it does the job and avoids camouflaging the device. The only negative is that changing the case seems to attract a bunch of small specs on the back (trapped between the phone and the glass), so if your phone is of dark space grey variety, you might find the need to re-adjust and clean the insides from time to time. Beyond that, good product, recommended.

Nice, stylish, and great value for money. Doesn't add much bulk to the phone. However the clear back stains and scratches easily. I somehow already have a scratch despite never dropping the phone. Not sure how much protection it provides with the thin, hard corners.

Scratch and fingerprint magnet

It does its job, protecting your phone. I've dropped it a number of times and it's as good as new. My only complaint is the back is a scratch and fingerprint magnet, you can barely see through it anymore. Also it's pretty ugly, wish they're make it look better. Looks a lot worse in person than in the pictures, you can barely tell it's an iPhone Xs in there. I oftentimes take it out of the case to remind myself how pretty the phone actually is
