Great mattress protector, fits my Queen sized mattress well, and I have a deep-pocketed mattress. I have not washed it yet, so I don't know if it's easy to clean. The only issue we had was a small tear in the mattress protector. I noticed it when I was making the bed; other than that, it works well. I'm nervous about how well it will protect the area where there is a rip.
