Hi, my name is Aviva Gittle and I love to tell stories. Stories about flies who wear shorts, kittens who talk to snakes, and kids who do crazy things. Like turn into a bagel or try to bounce to the moon on a trampoline.

Aviva Gittle stories are professionally illustrated by artists all over the world, including: Carlos Brito in Brazil, Andres Cornejo of Argentina, Jennifer Chappell in the USA, and Tekla Huszár of Hungary.

I also partner with great story writers and editors, including British author Mark Megson. Mark and I wrote Moon Jump, Mary's Magic Word, and Snack Attack!

Aviva Gittle Publishing offers many great stories including Mort the Fly, Kitten & Butterfly, Gatito y Mariposa, In Nana's Arms, and Moon Jump. Most stories will be available in both English and Spanish. To keep current on new books and other Gittle news, follow me on Twitter: @AvivaGittle. Visit www.GoToGittle.com.

Remember to Go to Gittle...and bring all your friends!

This is such a sweet story, and the illustrations of kitten are adorable! When Kitten meets a mean looking snake, can he find a way for them to play together and become friends?
I loved that the author had even included a page at the end to explain the moral of the story to young readers. A great way to teach young animal lovers about friendship and about getting along with those who may be very different from themselves.
