So I usually don't leave reviews for products until I've used them for a while, but I couldn't stop myself here. I eat a lot of spicy food and drink a lot of caffeine and things that stain the teeth real bad. When I say my teeth were yellow, they were YELLOW. I take good care of my teeth but with the amount of stuff I eat that can stain them, nothing worked. I tried all variety of drug store brand whitening strips, and seriously who has the money for several hundreds of dollar whitening treatment at the dentist?
(Please excuse the awkward teeth selfies!) Honestly the first picture could be better, but before I started the treatment my teeth were a level 14. I wish I'd taken a better picture before I started as I didn't realize the shadows on my face in the bathroom there, but they're a level 14 and not super attractive.
The second picture is my teeth after 3 treatments, now at a level 9. 5 treatments left to go! They are still kinda yellowish, but more white than yellow for once. I don't think I've ever seen my teeth this white in my life! I'll be honest I was kind of disappointed by the first treatment. I didn't see any difference and thought it didn't do anything, but I promised myself to push through and try a few more times and I'm sure glad I did! You have to wait a few treatments before results start showing up and I'm so happy I gave this product a chance!

It’s only been about a week to 9 days and you can see the difference right away. It’s 35% peroxide which is strong. So you really need to be careful using this. I bought c retractors to hold back my cheeks and lips, so the peroxide gel doesn’t get on my gums and lips…I also dried off my teeth after brushing and flossing them. Then I applied vitamin E to my gums (you can also apply Vaseline) if needed. This is to protect your gums from turning white and or burning if the peroxide gets on them. Especially your bottom gums and lips. After I used a small make up brush to put the peroxide on each tooth so it doesn’t burn my gums. Than I put the light system Into my mouth for half an hour…The peroxide starts working right away without the light system on. So be very cautious when applying it on your teeth. Don’t get it on your gums and only use a very small dab of it on each tooth. The light system really activates the peroxide gel and you will feel it working. After I rinsed out my mouth and cleaned off the light system. You can use the blue gel after to help your teeth so they don’t get to sensitive. You don’t have to use the light system for this last step. My teeth are looking good with this system, but I also bought 44% peroxide gel to get a whiter look faster. This kit only has 3 tubes of peroxide which won’t be enough to achieve my goal. I do recommend this kit for a really beautiful white colour, that you can’t achieve with store bought kits…Just remember to protect your gums and don’t put to much on your teeth…I hope this helps you out. TIPS for a better and safer use

1. Be careful not to let the gel touch your gum and mouth.
This is the most important tip for you. Please use a suitable amount of teeth whitening gel (about 0.5ml for the upper and lower teeth). Be careful not to use too much of the gel and make it leak out of the mouth tray. The excessive amount of the gel may cause harm to your gum and the lining of the mouth. Also, please do not press the hard of the mouth tray and make the gel touch the gum. If you feel it's hard to control it, you can apply the gel evenly on your teeth with a cotton swab.

Caution: Please do not swallow teeth whitening gel. If it happens, please drink plenty of warm water or use emetic (aka ipacec - used to induce vomiting🤮). If it is serious, please consult the doctor immediately.

2. Sensitive teeth
If you have sensitive teeth, please use our desensitizing gel first, and then use teeth whitening gel. If there is still sensitivity after using the product, please stop using or reduce the times of use.

Please let us know if there is any problem or concerns when using the product. We will try our best to give you satisfactory service.

A couple things for those considering this:
1) it’s a home kit so have realistic expectations. If you are trying to get Hollywood results I would not say this will get you there.
2) the whitening gel is an irritant. If you get it on your gums (especially for an extended period of time) it will be uncomfortable and will irritate your gums. I have found if you brush your gums too hard prior to using the whitening kit it makes it worse. Think peroxide in an open wound.
3) the better you apply the gel the better experience you’ll have. I applied a drop to each tooth then put the mouth piece in. Less chance of smearing on your gums.
4) I have sensitive teeth. The strips in other brand kits hurt like crazy. I used this kit daily at 10-15 minute increments with slow, positive results and no discomfort with this approach. I got brave once and did this for 30 minutes and my teeth hurt and my gums got irritated. Everybody is different.

In summary, I saw noticeable results over time. Will my teeth glow in the dark like Ross Gellar’s? No. No they won’t, but they look much better than before.
All in all, it was worth the $40ish I paid for the kit.

This really works! Online reviews were mostly positive though one dentist recommended throwing the light away. I noticed whitening within 4 days of about 20 minutes each. Now, it's been 10 days and I couldn't be happier. I am 68 years old, and not had any whitening since the dentist 20 years ago. Teeth had become noticeably yellow. I see my dentist next month and will ask what they think.
A couple of small complaints, (1) the blue light is supposed to stay on for 10 minutes, but the recommended treatment is for 20 to 30 minutes. There is no audible or vibrate feature at the end of 10 minutes, and without looking in the mirror, you can't tell when the light shuts down. So most of my treatments used the light for only the first half. (2) the instructions recommend using 0.4 mL of gel per treatment. Well, as you coat the mouth piece, it's way easy to use too much gel. I would guess I am using about 5 mL. Maybe that's why I am seeing such good results? Anyway, there is no pain in the gums (and I have very sensitive gums) so I am very happy with this product.

I wanted to brighten my smile a bit... seeing as life is pretty dark during these times! Started the 1st one before Thanksgiving and noticed a difference right away! The light is optional but I used it and did 3 10 min cycles.

I actually just screw the cap back on and put it all back in the box.

30 mins of use brought on no sensitivity! But just in case, it does come with a application for sensitivity as well.

I used this while doing my makeup and then moved to the restroom to do my hair. Got done and washed my mouth out with warm water and then brushed.
